My passion for health and wellness stems from my personal journey. After years of struggling with digestive issues and food anxiety, I found relief through a holistic approach focusing on gut health and proper nutrition. The transformation was life-changing, and it inspired me to help others discover their own path to better health.I believe in creating plans that are as unique as you are, helping you uncover the root causes of your symptoms and guiding you toward sustainable, long-term wellness. My approach to wellness

At the heart of my approach is the principle of bio-individuality—the idea that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution in the realm of health and wellness. While nourishing our bodies is undeniably crucial, it’s only part of the equation.During my health coach training, I’ve embraced the concept of primary and secondary food, which might not be what you’d expect. Primary food isn’t what’s on your plate; it’s the tapestry of your life—your relationships, career, physical activity, and spirituality. Secondary food, on the other hand, is what you actually place on your plate. But here’s the key: without a well-nourished “primary” life, even the healthiest organic kale or chia seeds won’t fill the void.It’s all about listening to your body—your gut feeling—and trusting your inner wisdom to guide your health journey. By harmonizing primary and secondary foods, embracing our unique paths, and tuning into our inner voices, we unlock the keys to true health and lasting happiness.
