Your body may be trying to get your attention. You’re eating well. You’re moving. Your labs may even look “normal.”
And yet, something still feels off.Low energy.
Unpredictable digestion.
Sleep that doesn’t restore you.
Mood or focus that shifts more than it should.I work with health-conscious adults to step back, look at patterns, and understand what the body has been communicating over time. From there, we build a clear, sustainable path forward.
Maybe you’re eating well.
Maybe you’re moving your body.
Maybe your labs have come back “normal.”And yet, something still feels off.Energy that dips.
Digestion that’s unpredictable.
Mood or focus that isn’t steady.
Sleep that doesn’t leave you refreshed. When symptoms aren’t extreme, they’re easy to dismiss. But patterns matter. And when we step back and look at the body as a whole, those patterns often begin to make sense.
My approach to wellness
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every body is different, and that matters. That’s why I combine bio-individuality with objective data and a whole-body perspective.Food is important, but it’s not the entire story. Sleep, stress, movement, relationships, purpose, and daily habits all influence how the body functions. When one area is strained, others often follow.Instead of chasing symptoms, I step back and look at patterns. How is digestion connected to stress? How is blood sugar affecting energy and hormones? What is your body trying to tell us over time?I use functional lab testing to help guide the process. Data brings clarity. Your lived experience adds context. Together, they help us move forward with confidence instead of guesswork. From there, we build practical, personalized steps. Nothing extreme. Nothing trendy. Just steady changes that support your physiology and your life. When the foundations are in place and your body is supported properly, things change. Energy stabilizes. Digestion improves. Hormones become more balanced. Brain fog lifts. Progress becomes measurable. Many people don’t realize how much they’ve adapted to feeling “off” until they begin to feel steady, clear, and strong again. That shift is not dramatic. It’s steady. And it’s possible.

My work is rooted in both personal experience and clinical training. After years of navigating digestive issues and food anxiety, I realized that lasting health doesn’t come from chasing symptoms. It comes from understanding how the body works as a whole. That shift changed everything for me.Today, I help clients step back and look at how the body functions as a whole, rather than isolating one symptom at a time. We examine how digestion, hormones, stress, sleep, blood sugar, and nutrient status interact. I focus on the foundations: food, rest, movement, stress regulation, and targeted supplementation when appropriate.I don’t guess. I use functional lab testing to correlate objective data with how you’re actually feeling. From there, I build clear, individualized recommendations designed to be practical and sustainable. My goal is not to create dependency. It’s to help you understand your body, build structure around change, and feel better in a way that lasts. When clients are surprised by how good they can feel, that’s when I know the work is doing what it should.

Stress – nervous system regulation

12 Weeks | $1,800–$3,000 depending on testing
For clients seeking deeper clarity through functional lab testing integrated within the D.R.E.S.S. framework.Functional testing is selected strategically based on your specific symptom patterns and may include GI-MAP, DUTCH, MRT, or other assessments when appropriate. Each lab includes comprehensive interpretation and a personalized strategy.Rather than guessing, we use data to refine each pillar:
Diet adjusted based on gut or inflammatory markers
Rest supported through hormone and adrenal rhythm patterns
Exercise aligned with metabolic and recovery capacity
Stress addressed through nervous system and cortisol insights
Supplements targeted and intentional
Advanced is designed for those who want a clearer understanding of underlying patterns and a structured, data-informed plan forward.
If you’re looking for deeper data before committing to coaching, functional lab testing is available as a standalone option or integrated into a program.
Inside this series, I share simple, actionable guidance on nutrition, rest, movement, stress reduction, and supplementation, the five pillars of a balanced wellness routine. You’ll also receive my Non-Toxic Home Guide to help you make healthier swaps in your daily life.
If you have gut issues, this is the program for you.
I had tried multiple elimination diets to identify triggers. After working through this program, I lost bloating, lost 5 lbs, and my stomach felt the best it had in 10 years. It’s been completely worth it, and I recommend it to anyone dealing with GI discomfort.
