If you are like me, you’ve tried many different ways of eating… unfortunately, what has worked for me might not be the best for you. That’s why it can be so frustrating when you see someone having a great outcome to a new fad diet, but it makes you feel like crud! Or if you feel like you’re eating all the right foods but not seeing results. Don’t worry. Together, we’ll get to the bottom of what will work best for you!

You’ve heard it before, sleep is so important. It’s true! This is when your body has a chance to rejuvenate. But unfortunately, many people are not getting the recommended 7-8 hours a night. This doesn’t have to be you! Together, we’ll explore simple steps that can be taken so you can catch some more z’s.

Exercise

Our bodies are meant to move! See, here’s the thing… we know that exercise is vital, yet many of us still live sedentary lifestyles. On the other hand, some people are moving too much! Yes, you heard that right. Depending on your current health status, overdoing it might not be helping either. Together we’ll find what works best for you. Maybe even something you love doing.

Stress Reduction

Stress is hard to avoid… we live with many different kinds of stress, both internally and externally, every day. It’s a part of life. However, how we deal with it or perceive it is critical. Our body knows how to deal with stressors naturally, but when stressors continue with no time for recovery, we may need to step in with some help. Otherwise, your body will begin to tell you in the form of illness that something needs to change. Are you listening? Some cues are subtle, and some are screaming. Together we’ll uncover your body’s stressors, take action steps to remove them, change your perspective, and fill up your toolbox with various ways to help you cope.

Supplements

Generally, I would love to get everything my body needs from the diet I eat. However, that is not always possible. With my FDN training, I learned the catchphrase, don’t guess, test. I love this! I don’t want to guess what you might need. Instead, based on your lab test results, I create a custom supplementation plan based on your body’s individual needs. This is optional, of course, and only a recommendation. I do not diagnose or prescribe.
